INTRODUCING SOLIDS WITH SHARON SELBY
Sharon will be hosting her popular nutrient dense weaning cooking classes ‘INTRODUCING SOLIDS’ in Mosman, Sydney this September. This class is perfect for mums who have babies that are about to wean, are already on solids and toddlers. It’s relaxing, it’s fun and you’ll learn so much in a short amount of time.
This two-hour class will teach you how easy it is to cook nutrient-dense food your baby will thrive on and how to save time and money in the process.
– Chicken bone broth
– Chicken liver pate
– Easy nutrient dense vegetable puree/mash
– Osso Bucco casserole and the importance of bone marrow
– Nutritious Chicken Casserole
All recipes are nutrient dense and dairy, soy, wheat, gluten, nut, peanut, sesame, fish and egg-free. Healthy snacks and drinks will be provided for mums!
Handouts & Gifts:
You’ll leave the class with food samples of each of the recipes above to use straight away for your babies or freeze for up to 3 months as well as the following handouts:
